Marshall presents at international conference

Jane P. Marshall, communications director for the College of Human Ecology, presented "Strong women and inventive cooks on the 19th century American frontier: Making past stories of women, food and power part of present formal and informal pedagogy" at the 10th biennial conference of the Gender and Education Association in July at the University of Roehampton, London.
Marshall also teaches graduate and undergraduate classes in food writing.
