Human Capital Services welcomes new talent acquisition member

James Johnson has joined Human Capital Services as a talent acquisition strategic partner.
Johnson has experience recruiting top-tier talent and is an alum of the university's College of Arts & Sciences. He also is very familiar with leveraging social media resources, such as LinkedIn, to attract passive candidates to vacant positions, and has worked with applicant tracking systems. He has certification in Professional Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute and is a SHRM-Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management.
Johnson will serve as a partner for the College of Engineering; College of Business Administration; College of Architecture, Planning & Design; College of Human Ecology' K-State Salina; Information Technology Services; International Programs; and Human Capital Services.
