Peace Corps recruiter to visit K-State; faculty can request a classroom presentation
Valerie Flynn, the Peace Corps recruiter for Kansas, will visit the Manhattan campus on several occasions in the fall semester and can speak about the variety of Peace Corps programs available to students.
Other Peace Corps information events include evening general information sessions for all to attend, as well as the Study Abroad Fair and and international education panel.
Below are the dates and times Flynn is available to present:
Thursday, Sept. 1, 8-11 a.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 1, 8-11 a.m.
Each presentation lasts between 10-15 minutes.
She is also willing, schedule permitting, to offer classroom presentations outside of those hours or at the Salina campus, if requested. Email Kathleen Witcher as soon as possible if you are interested in scheduling a Peace Corps classroom presentation.
