Presidential Lecture Series is looking for new lecturers

By Abby Works

The K-State Presidential Lecture Series is looking for new lecturers.

Do you know a K-State faculty or staff member who always leaves students feeling empowered and on fire? Help start the spark for other students by nominating someone for the Presidential Lecture Series.

The Presidential Lecture Series makes our most engaged and stimulating faculty and staff members available to Kansas middle school, high school and community college students. We have a variety of lectures in the categories of:

  • Educational opportunities
  • College readiness
  • Leadership and communication
  • Life skills
  • Science and the environment
  • Technology and social media
  • Health and nutrition
  • Careers
  • Diversity and gender issues
  • Psychology

If you know of any outstanding faculty or staff members that you believe would make a great addition to the Presidential Lecture Series, please email their names to pls@k-state.edu.
