Gido receives Tinkle Research Excellence Award

Keith Gido, professor in the Division of Biology, has been awarded the 2015 Donald W. Tinkle Research Excellence Award from the Southwestern Association of Naturalists at its annual meeting April 4 in San Diego, California.
The Tinkle Research Excellence Award honors an individual who in the past 10 years has made a significant contribution to knowledge and understanding of the biota of the southwestern United States, Mexico and Central America through scientific articles and books.
A plaque will be presented at the association's annual meeting banquet April 14-17, 2016, in Mexico City, Mexico.
