Kinesiology fitness program water aerobics classes start March 23
The Lifestyle Improvement through Fitness Enhancement, or L.I.F.E., program is offering a six-week class on water aerobics from March 23 to May 1 in the Natatorium.
Session times and days are:
- 7:30-8:20 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- 5:10-6 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday.
- $45 for three sessions per week, for a total of 18 sessions.
- $30 for two sessions per week, for a total of 12 sessions.
- $2.50 for an individual session.
