Join Counseling Services from 4-5 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, in 13 Leasure Hall to get tips on managing stress and taking care of yourself when you're are feeling stressed.
Relationships, responsibilities and obligations are a lot to juggle. Struggling to manage everything? This presentation will shed some light on why we experience stress, how to deal with it, and how we can best take care of ourselves in spite of it.
