Entomology student takes top prize at Society for Range Management

Shelly Wiggam, doctoral student in entomology who is co-mentored by Greg Zolnerowich and Brian McCornack, brought home first place in the doctoral-level poster competition at the 68th annual meeting of the Society for Range Management Jan. 31 to Feb. 6 in Sacramento, California.

Her poster was "Patch-Burn Grazing Promotes Pollinator Diversity Through Spatially Explicit Habitat Heterogeneity." The award is sponsored by the Society for Range Management and Dow AgroSciences.
