By Keith Rutlin

The Center for Sustainable Energy is accepting abstracts for the annual Energy Symposium, April 8-9, in the K-State Student Union. Registration is required but it is free.

Participation is open to all K-State graduate and undergraduate students from all departments working on research related to energy. Students will be presenting a research poster if their abstract is approved.

K-State faculty members and staff will serve as judges and will select the top poster presenters to receive cash awards, which are sponsored by Phillips 66. First place will receive $750, second place $500, third place $350, and the three top People's Choice awards will each receive $300.

The abstract deadline is April 1.

Visit the Center for Sustainable Energy website for free registration and abstract submission instructions.
