A $250 bonus included in Dec. 5 paychecks for eligible employees
A $250 bonus will be included in Dec. 5 paychecks for eligible employees.
The Kansas Legislature approved a one-time $250 bonus for eligible employees to be included with the Dec. 5 paycheck. University support staff, professional staff and faculty who are eligible for the bonus will see Bonus – Legislature Authorized under Hours and Earnings when they view their paycheck via Employee Self Service/HRIS.
Bonus criteria: To receive the bonus, the employee must have a hire date as of, or prior to Nov. 25, 2013, and have a 1.0 full-time equivalent from Monday, Nov. 25, 2013, through Friday, Nov. 21, 2014, within the same company — state of Kansas, K-State Student Union or Student Publications. Employees in multiple positions within the same company that when combined makes them 1.0 full-time equivalents are receiving the bonus. Also, employees on extended military or medical leave and those on phased retirement and sabbatical leave are receiving the bonus.
