Annual performance reviews for university support staff due by Jan. 31, 2015
The Kansas State University performance management process requires that all university support staff employees receive an annual review between Nov. 1 and Jan. 31 of each year.
It now is time for supervisors to prepare the annual review form, assign an overall rating, consult with the reviewer — the rater's supervisor — and schedule a meeting with the employees being reviewed. All university support staff employees, except for those currently on probation, must have an annual review submitted to the Division of Human Capital Services no later than Jan. 31, 2015 for the calendar year of 2014.
