Ritterbush, associate professor of anthropology, presented "Identifying and Understanding the Early Kanza along the Kaw" in the symposium "Hidden in Plain Sight II: Early Nineteenth Century Native American Sites and Material Culture in the Midwest" at the 58th annual Midwest Archaeological Conference Oct. 3 in Champaign, Illinois.
