Health insurance confirmation statements available online
Health insurance confirmation statements for plan year 2012 are now available at the State of Kansas Employee Self Service Center at http://www.da.ks.gov/ps/subject/ssc/.
The surest way to gain access is to click on sign in, and once at the login page choose "forgot password” under the sign in blocks. Once logged on, click on “benefit confirmation statement” to view. Problems with logging on should be directed to the state's help desk number at the top of the page.
If your online confirmation does not match your printout from open enrollment, send an email to benadmin@k-state.edu, along with a copy of your October confirmation printout, noting the discrepancy. Changes to health insurance plans that were made after open enrollment that ended Oct. 31 may not show up on the benefit confirmation statement. The Division of Human Resources will verify those independently.
