K-State Shred Day Oct. 14

Submitted by Betsy Edwards

K-State Shred Day, Tuesday, Oct. 14, is a good time for university departments to clean out paper records and drop them off for secure disposal. On the Manhattan campus, departments with more than 10 bags can make arrangements for pickup that morning. Contact the Information Technology Assistance Center at 785-532-4918 to schedule a time and location.

The event is from 8:30-11 a.m. Oct. 14 on both the Salina and Manhattan campuses. Bags or boxes should not weigh more than 25 pounds each. Be sure to bring a completed Campus Shred Day form.

On the Manhattan campus: Deliver to Mid-Campus Drive near the K-State Student Union. For more information, contact the Information Technology Assistance Center, 785-532-4918.

On the Salina campus:  Take bags and boxes to the loading area between the east and west wings of the Technology Center. For more information, contact Information Systems, 785-826-2666.
