Review personal, work information in HRIS Employee Self-Service for the campus phone book by Aug. 26

By Kristi Fronce

The Division of Human Resources is preparing data for the 2014-2015 campus phone book. Please review your personal and work information in HRIS Employee Self-Service for accuracy. All updates must be completed by Aug. 26 to be correct in the phone book.

Access HRIS Employee Self Service and enter your K-State eID and password.

To view and update your home address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, marital status and ethnic group, go to HRIS Employee Self Service, personal information, personal information summary.

Click on the appropriate yellow button for your desired change. Select on the marker under "Edit" to update the information. To have your home address and phone number suppressed in the campus phone book, the check box must be marked with a check mark.

To view your gender, citizenship status, date of birth, disability status, military status and highest education level for accuracy, refer to the employee information section at the bottom of the page. This data is not in the campus phone book, however, corrections should be submitted to your department human resource liaison. To view your work information, go to HRIS Employee Self Service, view work information. This represents your primary job information that will be printed in the campus phone book and that appears online in the K-State people directory. Changes to this data must be submitted to your department human resource liaison.

More information on how to view and update through HRIS Employee Self Service is found online. Questions may be directed to your department human resource liaison.
