Facilities billing process training sessions offered this week
Loleta Sump, director of customer service with the Division of Facilities, will present two Facilities Billing Process, WF2000, sessions this week.
This session will include an overview of the new electronic facilities invoice, as well as a step-by-step demonstration of the procedures that departmental accountants and business managers follow to edit/approve facilities charges through the new eForms facilities invoice voucher.
Session 1 is from 9-10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 30, in Room 227 of the K-State Student Union and session 2 is from 1:30-3 p.m. Thursday, July 31, in Room 227 in the K-State Student Union.
There is no charge to participants, but registration is necessary to ensure adequate seating and materials. Participants my register through HRIS Self_Enrollment or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. When sending an email, please include your name, department, employee ID number, course title and the course number.
