Free hearing screenings for university employees

By Becky Wolfe

---- Update as of 9:35 a.m. Tuesday, June, 24: All the available slots have been filled. ----

In recognition of the importance of hearing to communication, the Kansas State University Speech and Hearing Center will offer free hearing screenings and video otoscopic examinations — where you can see your eardrum on a TV monitor — through July 24. Any university employee is eligible for this service.

A limited number of test slots are available, so please call 785-532-6879 to schedule your appointment time as soon as possible. The hearing screening will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Please let the receptionist know you are participating in the better hearing and speech screening program.
