Coleman recalls Northstar liquid fuel lanterns due to fire hazard. An incorrect gas feed tube was installed on the lantern. When lit, the tube can release too much fuel, posing fire and burn hazards. For more information visit the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Paramount recalls Trident Series 2 (UV II) ultraviolet sanitation systems for pools due to fire hazard. Electrical arcing can cause the units to catch fire, posing a fire hazard. For more information visit the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Dimension Industries recalls outdoor fairview 7-piece patio woven dining set due to fall hazard; Sold exclusively at Costco. The legs of the chairs can bend and break, posing a fall hazard to the user. For more information visit the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Adult portable bed handles recalled by Bed Handles Inc. due to entrapment and strangulation hazards. Three deaths have been reported. When attached to an adult's bed without the use of safety retention straps, the handle can shift out of place, creating a dangerous gap between the bed handle and the side of the mattress. Nest Labs recalls to repair Nest Protect smoke and CO alarms due to failure to sound alert. Activity near the product during a fire can prevent the alarm from immediately sounding when the Nest Wave feature is enabled. 

Office Depot recalls Gibson leather task chairs due to fall hazard. The mounting plate weld can break and separate the seat from the base of the chair, posing a fall hazard to consumers. For more information visit the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Lithonia Lighting recalls Quantum® ELM and ELM2 two-light emergency fixtures due to fire hazard. The circuit board can overheat and cause the fixture to melt, catch fire and ignite nearby items, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers.

Hamilton Beach recalls baby food makers due to small parts hazard. Use of the slicing/shredding disc with the motor shaft adapter can cause the stainless steel pin in the food bowl lid to loosen and fall into processed food.
