Babcock publishes chapter in transportation book
Michael Babcock, economics professor, wrote a chapter in the book, "The Business of Transportation, Vol. 1, Modes and Markets" published by Praeger. The title of Babcock's chapter is The Railroad Business, chapter 3, pages 38-64. The book was released in May.
