Free Noontime Yoga offered in Ahearn Gym

Never been to Noontime Yoga before? For nine years, the K-State Center for Nonviolence has offered free yoga practice five days a week, and we will continue to offer yoga this the summer! Join us in Ahearn Gymnasium, Room 301. We practice from 12:05-12:50 p.m., Monday through Friday.

We have five different yogis who volunteer their time to lead yoga practice. All classes are taught for all levels; some classes are more invigorating than others.

Monday - Sue or Sam -- Vinyasa Flow
Tuesday - Dave -- Gentle Yoga
Wednesday - CP -- Athletic Vinyasa Flow
Thursday - Lauren -- Yoga/Pilates
Friday - Dan -- Vinyasa Flow
