Office 365 question-and-answer sessions

Submitted by Information Technology Services

Since the beginning of the project, more than 93,000 accounts — faculty, staff, students, retirees and alumni — have been migrated to Office 365 for email and calendar service. The campus has been busy supporting Office 365 through assistance from our system administrators, the IT Help Desk, the Office 365 Yammer channel and more.

Since Jan. 6, the IT Help Desk has received 1,299 incident tickets and resolved 93 percent of those incidents. Yammer remains active with users posting their questions and the community assisting in answering those questions.

To continue providing assistance for Office 365, information technology services will be offering the following question and answer sessions:

Thank you for your patience as we work to continually improve email and calendaring services for campus. If you have questions, please contact the IT Help Desk at 785-532-7722, post a ticket via servicedesk.ksu.edu, or join the Office 365 Migration Yammer group

Stay up-to-date on the Office 365 implementation.
