The Communicators' Brown Bag for October will cover the university's mobile app, as well as information on apps used by K-State Research and Extension. The brown bag will be 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 17 in the Flint Hills Room, K-State Student Union.

Michael Oetken, creative director, Division of Communications and Marketing, will talk about the development of the university's mobile app. He will also talk about how and when university units might be included in the university's app and the questions typically asked during app development.

The Communicators' Brown Bag series is designed to inform and connect communicators across campus. The next brown bag event will be Nov. 21. Same time, same location. Topic to be announced.
