K-State Libraries seeking input for service quality survey

Submitted by Wendy Begay

K-State Libraries are currently conducting the LibQual survey from now until May 1 to measure service quality.

It's increasingly important to provide and improve library services you value. Why? With shrinking budgets and resource limitations, there's increased stress to maintain or cut costs, while at the same time increasing both the variety and quality of services offered. The LibQual survey is one assessment tool available which provides direction and accountability for your success.

If you haven't already, please complete the LibQual survey, which should take less than 15 minutes.

If you have already completed the survey, thank you for your participation. You can also submit your email address at the end of the survey for a chance to win an e-reader or a wireless mouse. Your survey response will not be linked to the email address you submit for the drawing.

If you have any questions regarding the survey, please contact Wendy Begay, service quality
librarian, at 532-2872 or wendyb@k-state.edu.
