The Tilford Group is a research and development group consisting of inter- disciplinary faculty, administrators, and students who are developing a multicultural curriculum model to facilitate the total student experience.

As our society becomes more culturally diverse, it is imperative that Kansas State University graduate students who are multiculturally competent. The Tilford Group is currently researching the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to work and live in our global society. The following process has been developed:
