Unearthed is an art exhibition that showcases works with environmental themes. Artists of all skill levels are encouraged to apply by April 19!  Apply here.

RIDE 2 CAMPUS w/ GAB

Ride your bike to campus for giveaways and free bike tune ups courtesy of Green Apple Bikes, Pathfinder, & Brew Bros.

SHARE & WEAR: a pop-up thrift shop

Bosco Plaza 11-2pm - rainout location: Union 205

Students can shop at Bosco Plaza plus learn about the importance of good care and recycling of clothing. Clothing drive leading up to the event benefitting several community organizations.

Environmental education day on Bosco Plaza.  Issues of waste, environmental justice, and human impacts on the planet will be discussed. To host a table, complete the Organization Interest Form.

Event for students and faculty to learn green living practices by participating in carnival style booths.  Plus free 'green' giveaways!

GREEN ROOFS EVENT

GRASSROOTS FESTIVAL

Kramer Lawn 7:00pm (located off Denison & Claflin)

Come to 'Grassroots' for a sustainable food picnic, music, yard games, & a free movie on the lawn!  Movie will begin at sunset.

POWER DOWN K-STATE

April 3-28

Competition between 4,200 dorm residents based on energy use reduction. Prizes include Visa gift cards, Varsity Donuts, and McCain tickets. Winning dorm announced at the Grassroots Festival.
