Maastricht Center for Transatlantic Studies
The Middelbug Center gathers students and faculty from 30 universities around the world to study issues with a multidisciplinary approach. The MCTS semester is composed of four intensive “blocks,” each of which run three-and-a-half weeks long. Students choose one class each block. While classes change every semester, most of the course offerings are from the humanities and social sciences. The program is located in Middelburg The setting is beautiful and is a European destination for vacations, as it has beaches, canals, and other interesting sites. It's really easy to get around the area too, which is nice for international students. MCTS is affiliated with Roosevelt Academy, an honors college in the Netherlands. If K-State students have a 3.0 GPA or higher, they may also take an honors course through Roosevelt Academy while attending MCTS.MAUI Exchange
