Credit Transfer Session

  • Monday, November 23, 1:00-2:00 pm

Kari Nap from Admissions wille xplain the transfer process for classes that students take while studying abroad. Professors Doug Benson and Brad Shaw from the Spanish Department will explan the credit transfer process for modern languages. It will be a question and answer session that will help you in facilitating the credit transfer process.

Lafene Health Information Session

Theresa Doyle from Lafene Health Center will give a short presentation on health and safety abroad.

One-on-One Meeting

  • Monday, October 26- Tuesday, November 24
  • Study Abroad Office (304 Fairchild Hall)

This is a meeting for all students to accept their study abroad placement. It will cover health and safety issues, the visa process, conditions of participation, and other critical information. Students are responsible to call the Office of International Programs (785-532-5990) to set up an appointment with their advisor. Appointments are available 8 am- 12 pm and 1 pm-5 pm.

Country Specific Sessions

Each session will be held for a specific country and will help students going abroad to not only gain valuable information about the country they are going to, but also introduce students going to the same location as past students who have studied there.
