General Information and Overview
Faculty-led group study abroad programs are courses developed and taught by K-State professors in an international context. These courses provide both undergraduate and graduates students with the unique opportunity to study abroad with a K-State professor and a group of their K-State peers. Faculty-led group study abroad programs run anywhere between 15 days and 6 weeks and generally take place during winter break, spring break, and summer. In addition to regular academic lectures and coursework, faculty-led group study abroad programs typically include various cultural activities, excursions, and guest lecturers.
Faculty-Led Programs are ideal for students who may not be able to devote an entire quarter or year abroad, but who still wish to include study abroad as part of their K-State experience.
