AGEC 460: International  Agribusiness

DESCRIPTION
This program will provide students with the opportunity to study the agriculture industry in South Africa. The main focus of the study tour will be the role of trade, marketing, agriculture policy and other international agribusiness issues. Class will be held during the fall semester meeting on Mondays at 4:00-5:30 PM. Handouts, weekly quizzes and presentations will assist the students in learning about the agriculture industry of South Africa. During the study tour, students will experience the culture while on participating in farm stays, lectures tours, and a safari.

ELIGIBILITY
Minimum 2.5 GPA

COST
Program Fees collected by the Office of International Programs: $3,995.00 (includes airfare, accommodations, in-country transportation, K-State study abroad administration fee, program provider fees, international health insurance, and tours.)
