Faculty-Led Program Proposal Submission Deadlines
The proposal deadlines are based on the term the course credit is awarded for the program. Proposals are due the year before the program will run. For example, a Spring 2014 Semester Course will be due May 1, 2013, a Fall 2014 Semester Course will be due December 1, 2013, a Summer 2014 Semester Course will be due August 15, 2013.

Health, Safety, and Policies Workshop for Study Abroad Faculty Leaders
All faculty leaders and program assistants are required to attend a workshop prior to the program's departure. Attendance is required only once, but yearly attendance is encouraged as policies and procedures change over time. For more information or to RSVP, email abroad@ksu.edu.
