Welcome to K-State CliftonStrengths for Students!
In order to increase the engagement and overall well-being of students at Kansas State University, we have become a Strengths-based campus! We encourage all students to know their CliftonStrengths and engage their Strengths holistically in their life. Check out our informational PDF Flyer and share it with others!
All incoming freshmen, transfer, graduate and international students who have attended orientation and enrollment at K-State will find their free CliftonStrengths access code in their KSIS account.
What is the CliftonStrengths Assessment?
The CliftonStrengths Assessment, based on the concept of intentionally developing your strengths rather than your weaknesses, identifies students’ top five strengths from a list of 34 talents. The assessment is utilized campuswide in classrooms and communities, as a way for students to better understand what they and others have to offer.
