Due to an increased level of sponsor support, the conference is allowing one free student registration per fully paid regular faculty registration. Please copy the registration form and submit the student registration along with the faculty paid registration.

Out of state student attendees of the conference who are first authors for paper or poster presentations may be awarded $250 in support to offset the expenses of their travel.  Out of state student attendees who are not first author may be awarded $100 in support. 
 

Students who desire this support should contact conference coordinator Lee Palmer either by phone: 785-532-0511 or email conference coordinator after their registration has been submitted.  The awards will be presented to the students on Tuesday of the conference and is contingent upon full participation in the events of the conference.

Student Pizza Party

To welcome students to the conference, there will be a free pizza party on Monday evening from 6:30-8:00 pm. Please indicate on your registration form that you are a student and will be attending the pizza party. If you are planning to bring a guest, please indicate on the registration form.

The Kansas Country Dance welcomes all conference participants begins after the student dinner.
