If you require a visa to enter the United States and need a letter of invitation to attend our conference, please let us know as soon as possible. The letter of invitation will be faxed, mailed or e-mailed to the name and information provided. We will NOT provide assistance in securing a visa. 

In order for us to send a letter of invitation, you will need to wire $150 US dollars in which will be NON-REFUNDABLE and applied to your conference registration fee for each participant.  Please wire the money to the following bank:

In the bank/wire transfer, be sure to include Division of Continuing Education, Applied Statistics in Agriculture and your last name.  Once the money has been wired, you will need to e-mail conference coordinator with the following information for each person requesting a letter of invitation:

• name and company of person requesting letter

• name and address for letter to be faxed, mailed or e-mailed to

• fax number
