                  2010 Style Sheet

The final paper should be submitted on computer diskette as an Adobe Acrobat, pdf or MS Word file as well as a final hard copy of the paper submitted as camera ready copy printed single-spaced on a laser printer in 12 point Times New Roman, CG Times or comparable. Alternatively, two copies of the final hard copy of the paper should be submitted using the same guidelines. Page numbers should NOT appear on the final copy.  Consecutive page numbers will be added at publication. The final paper should be a maximum of 15 pages, including tables and figures and should be printed on high quality paper.  Please note C do NOT staple or paper clip the final hard copy.  Papers submitted, including tables and figures, should also be originals and single sided on 82" x 11" paper.  Copies will NOT be accepted for publication.

 

 

Margins

 

Using 82" x 11" paper, the margins should be 1" left, 1" right, 12" top and 1" bottom.

 

Title

 

The title should be centered on the first line of the first page, typed in capital letters.  The second line should be blank with authors names and addresses following.

 

Abstract

 

An Abstract of reasonable length should begin the paper.  Both the application of the problem and the statistical aspects should be highlighted.  A few keywords may be included at the end of the Abstract.

 

Introduction

 

An Introduction should begin the formal presentation.  Each section of the paper should be consecutively numbered, beginning with the Introduction as number 1.

 

Footnotes

 

Avoid using footnotes.  Incorporate the information into the text of the paper with appropriate references.

 

Tables, Figures

and Equations

 

Tables and Figures should appear at the end of the paper, numbered consecutively, beginning with Figure 1 or Table 1.  To save space, Tables and Figures may be reduced, but must appear in the paper ready for publication.  Cut and pasting will not be provided by the publisher.  Tables and Figures must be within the margins listed above.  Headings and titles should appear on the Figure or Table ready for publications.  DO NOT provide headings and titles on a separate sheet of paper.  All equations should be numbered for easy reference.  Tables and Figures must follow the margin guidelines listed above.

 

Summary

 

A Summary should be included at the end of the paper.

 

Acknowledgments

and References

 

Acknowledgments and a listing of References should follow the Summary.  Any standard format may be followed for the reference listing.

 

 

 

Submit Final paper by February 1, 2010.
