Proceedings of the Conference

Each year, we publish a refereed proceedings which allows authors to get the work the have reported on into print.  The proceedings volume is issued as a CD-Rom, and is delivered at the subsequent year’s conference to those who attend.  For those who do not attend the subsequent conference, the CD is mailed to their contact address.

Shortly after the conference is over, all presenters are offered the opportunity to submit their work for the proceedings and notified of the date by which they are to have a manuscript submitted if they wish to participate.  It is requested that the manuscript be double-spaced, in 12 point Times New Roman, and of a length which will accommodate a 15 page limit when single-spaced for final version.

When the manuscript arrives, it is then sent out for refereeing to a volunteer referee, who reads it and makes recommendation back to the proceedings editor.  The proceedings editor makes a decision to accept the paper as is, accept with minor revisions, ask for a major revision (without promise of publication), or reject the paper.  If a revision is asked for, new time lines are established, and the paper may be refereed again.

Final versions of accepted papers are then sought from each of the authors whose papers are accepted.  These are in 12 point Times New Roman, single-spaced, and limited to 15 pages in their final form.
