Adda New Academic Plan or Academic Sub-Plan
Purpose
Use this procedure to add a new Academic Plan or Academic Sub-Plan to a student's Program/Plan Stack.
Trigger
Perform this procedure when a student has indicated an intent to pursue an additional field of study at K-State.
Prerequisites
· Academic Program in which the Academic Plan exists must be added to the student's Program/Plan stack.
Refer to Adding a New Academic Program
for details on creating a new Program, if necessary.
· Student must have been granted admission to the Academic Plan through the College that monitors that Plan.

2. At a minimum, complete the following required fields to find the appropriate record:

3. Select the appropriate Academic Program in which to insert the new Academic Plan.
If the Academic Program does not
exist in the student's Program/Plan stack (it is not listed in the search
results), follow the instructions for Adding a New Academic Program
for this student.
