Start Date	R	Date the enforcement of the Reserve Capacity is to begin. Example: 01/01/2007
Requirement Group	R	ID number of the Enrollment Requirement Group to be associated with the class section Example: 008518
Cap Enrl	R	The maximum number of students that can be enrolled for a particular class section. This number cannot exceed the total enrollment capacity for the class. Example: 48
