Thank you for your interest in participating in this great event. Please fill out all the fields in the registration form so we can best serve you. By completing this form, you are agreeing to accepting the terms of this tournament, and abiding by its rules and bylaws.

2004 marked the transition of the KSU-Ed Chartrand Memorial Soccer Tournament from management of the Chartrand Family to the local KSU Soccer Clubs and their local affiliates. The Chartrand Charitable Foundation, based in Olathe, Kansas will remain as a principal sponsor and underwriter. This means that all teams should work directly through the KSU Soccer Clubs and the new contact below on registration and scheduling. This change brings excitement and great potential. Please support the KSU Soccer Clubs to maintain this tournament as the best in the Midwest.

The deadline to contact and register is Dec. 10, 2008 with a final deadline of January 29 for final payment. We will gladly refund personal funds upon receipt of school checks or vouchers. We really appreciate your early registration. Your e-mail and feedback is welcome.

***** We only schedule a limited number of teams. Final decision on team applications will be made by the KSU Soccer club and the Chartrand Tournament directors as soon as practical each year. Acceptance criteria is based upon the following: Status as a Big 12 team; Prior Ed Chartrand Memorial participation; actual receipt and acceptance of registration fee.

Acceptance and deposit of your registration fee, while offering your team priority consideration, does not guarantee your team acceptance. Acceptance is only official when made in writing by the Ed Chartrand Memorial. Oral understandings are not binding. If we cannot accept a team that has submitted an entry fee, we will promptly issue a reimbursement of the entire fee. Fees are payable as stated above and are non-refundable.
