Kansas University Women win over Kansas State in Championship.
Friends University beats University of Kansas Men to take title.
Both games hard fought to the end, 1-1 and decided by penalty kicks.

New KSU - Ed Chartrand Memorial plaque dedicated at KSU Peters Rec Complex.

A move to a Spring weekend after 28 years was done to aid all teams with advance scheduling, budgeting, travel, conflict avoidance and local planning by the KSU Teams.

All teams please contact the KSU-Ed Chartrand Memorial Big 12 Championship Chairman Chris Coffey to register your team for 2009. Deadline to contact and register each year is January 1 with a final deadline of January 29 each year to be paid and confirmed. All teams should contact Chris Coffey, Tournament Chairman about your availability and to register your team for consideration. The Tournament may have limited registration so you should contact the teams and register with them as early as possible.


2002 marked our return back home to KSU Memorial Stadium,
complete with artificial grass, lights, scoreboard and more.
A long time dream come true. We are excited and grateful to all
who made this possible---especially the student body at Kansas State.

Welcome to the KSU - Ed Chartrand Memorial Soccer Tournament. Since 1979, it is our hope and dream to broaden the opportunities for young soccer players, both men and women, to play quality soccer and be afforded scholarships to attend KSU and other major colleges.

Our long-term goal is for the KSU-Ed Chartrand Memorial Soccer Tournament to be the standing Conference Fall Classic of the Big 12 schools.
