The ACE Project is designed for Sigma Pi Chapters to give directly back to their universities. Sigma Pi is the only Greek organization with a service project of this kind.
Past ACE Projects include manning the K-State PROUD booth in its first year, helping to raise over $60,000 for need-based student scholarships, and cleaning K-State's Challenge Course after a winter ice storm. In 2008 and 2009, we cleaned Aggieville following the Homecoming Parade.
Our chapter supports the SAM Spady Foundation, which promotes responsible drinking and provides information to prevent alcohol poisoning. Every year, our Chapter does a SAM Spady Project to advance the Foundation's goals on our campus.
For more information, visit the Foundation's website.
Last year, Sigma Pi finished 8th among all K-State fraternities in intramural sports.
We reached the playoffs in Flag Football, Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, and Softball.
So far in Fall 2009, we have reached the semifinal game in the Flag Football playoffs, and reached the playoffs in Soccer.
