Kansas State University Society of Hispanic Engineers is privleged and honored to have the opporutiunty to host the 2007 regional leadership and development conference. RLDC is time for a regional to unite and share ideas as well as enhance our professionalism. This conference will hit all aspects of growing, with opporutinuities of networking, mentoring, socialism, teambuilding, and professional critic. In conjunction with SHPE's development with Junior Chapters, we are inviting high school students around the Kansas area to observe what values SHPE has to provide for students.
