Frequently Asked Questions for Spring 2012 Refunds
Keep in mind that EFT (direct deposit) is the preferred method of refund for Kansas State University.
1. When will my financial aid post to my student (iSIS) account?
Your financial aid will post to your account on or after Monday, January 9, 2012.
2. When will I get my EFT (direct deposit) refund?
EFTs will be sent to the various student bank accounts by Friday, January 13. It’s beyond our control as to when your bank will apply the deposit to your account. Always verify the funds have been credited to your bank account before you initiate transactions against the deposit.
3. When can I pick up a check?
Paper checks for Spring 2012 refunds will be available for the first time on Tuesday, January 17.
4. Where will I pick up my paper check?
Here is the refund schedule for picking up paper checks for the start of the Spring 2012 semester: Tuesday, January 17 - Thursday, January 19 – Hallway outside of the Cashiers Office, 211 Anderson Hall (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) All remaining paper checks will be mailed to your home (local) address at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 19.
