Statement of Account information

If you are enrolled at K-State this spring term of 2009, your statement of account is currently available to view on iSIS. If you submitted your FAFSA to the U.S. Department of Education by November 21, 2008 and you have submitted all necessary documents to the Office of Student Financial Assistance, your pending financial assistance will appear on your statement of account. The following dates are important for your information.

Monday, January 5 Financial assistance is applied to your statement of account.

Tuesday, January 13 If you have a credit balance refund and you have submitted an electronic funds transfer (EFT) form to the Cashier's Office, your direct deposit refund should be available in your bank account.

Wednesday, January 14 Statement of Account payments are due.

Wednesday, January 14 Refund checks are available in the K-State Student Union, 2nd floor, in the ballroom, from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Thursday, January 15 First day of classes (spring 2009).

Thursday - Friday, January 15-16 Refund checks are available in 211 Anderson Hall.

Monday, January 19 K-State is closed in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

Tuesday - Thursday, January 20-23 Refund checks are available in 211 Anderson Hall.

Friday, January 23 All refund checks not picked up are mailed to your billing or local address. If your parent has a credit balance refund from the Federal Parent PLUS Loan, this check will be mailed to the address your parent provided on the Parent PLUS Loan application.
