When is my Spring 2011 K-State e-bill created?

If you were pre-enrolled for the Spring 2011 term by Tuesday, December 14, 2010, your K-State e-bill was produced on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 by the Cashier's Office.

If you pre-enrolled after Tuesday, December 14, 2010 but before Tuesday, January 18, 2011, your K-State e-bill will be produced for you at the end of the day on Tuesday, January 18, 2011.

Where can I view my Spring 2011 balance due, due date, and pending financial aid?

Once your e-bill has been created, you can view it online by signing into the K-State Student Information System, iSIS, using your eID and password. From the iSIS Main Menu, navigate to your “Student Center” section and click on the "PayNow/eBill/SignUp" under the Finances module.

If I am taking classes on the K-State Salina campus, how do I get my credit balance refund check?

If all your classes are on the K-State Salina campus and you have not registered for your eRefund on iSIS, you may pick up your credit balance refund check with a valid photo ID between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., at the Salina campus Cashier's Office (209 College Center), on Friday, January 14, 2011.

Monday, January 10, 2011 – In compliance with federal regulations, this is the first day that K-State may credit your account with financial aid funds for the Spring 2011 term.

Prior to applying any financial aid to your University charges, the Office of Student Financial Assistance will perform a series of checks to verify your continued eligibility for any awarded financial aid funds, such as minimum hours enrolled, etc.

Friday, January 14, 2011 – If you registered for your eRefund on iSIS by Monday, January 10, 2011, any remaining financial aid funds left after being applied to your University charges will be available in your designated bank account.

If your financial aid was applied toward your University charges on Monday, January 10, 2011, but you have not registered for your eRefund on iSIS, you may pick up your credit balance refund check with a valid photo ID between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Friday, January 14, 2011 in the K-State Student Union Ballroom located on the second floor of the K-State Student Union on the Manhattan campus or 209 College Center on the Salina campus.

If your parent's Federal Parent PLUS Loan produces a credit balance refund and your parent does not have an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) application on file with the Cashier's Office, you may pick up the credit balance refund check with a valid photo ID and written permission from your parent between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Friday, January 14, 2011 in the K-State Student Union Ballroom located on the second floor of the K-State Student Union on the Manhattan campus or 209 College Center on the Salina campus. If you do not have written permission to pick up the credit balance refund check, your parent may pick it up with a valid photo ID.

Tuesday, January 18, 2011 – First day of K-State’s Spring 2011 term.

Tuesday-Thursday, January 18-20, 2011 – If a credit balance refund check was produced for you as a result of applying your financial aid to your University charges on Monday, January 10, 2011 and you did not pick it up in person on Friday, January 14, 2011, you may pick it up with a valid photo ID in the Cashier's Office, 211 Anderson Hall, on the Manhattan campus or 209 College Center on the Salina campus.

Friday, January 21, 2011 – If a credit balance refund check was produced for you as a result of applying your financial aid to your University charges on Monday, January 10, 2011 and you did not pick it up in person on campus Tuesday-Thursday, January 18-20, 2011, your credit balance refund check will be mailed to your home (local) address by the Cashier's Office. Please be sure your home (local) address is updated in iSIS.
