Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG)
A Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) represents a form of federal "gift" aid. Approximate annual amounts are between $100 to $1,200. FSEOG is awarded to undergraduate students with exceptional financial need. Due to limited funding, priority for the FSEOG is given to Pell Grant recipients with exceptional need who meet K-State's priority date for filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). For the 2014-2015 academic year, the K-State OSFA priority date to submit the FAFSA is Saturday, March 1, 2014.
