The Kansas State University Sailing Club is based out of the Blue Valley Yacht Club in Manhattan Kansas. We sail on Tuttle Creek Lake outside of Manhattan. Right now we have about 10 members and as many boats.
A common question asked is if you need to know how to sail to join. Never Fear! Our main purpose is to teach people how to sail and the majority of our members are “beginners” so whether you have never sailed a sailboat or are an accomplished, competetive sailor, there will be a place for you in the club.
