Information and training is essential in order to understand the hazards of the chemicals you work with and how to protect yourself.  Your EHSC or supervisor provides an overview of HAZCOM during your new employee orientation.  The HAZCOM training session you are sitting through today provides you additional information.  Read the labels and MSDSs for the chemicals you work with.  Together, all of this training and information should provide what you need to work safely with chemicals.  If you have further questions contact your EHSC or RHSM.  We are here to help.
