Schedule of Charges

Air Monitoring (Any Substance)	At cost plus shipping.
Asbestos Abatement Oversight (No charge to Facilities except for air monitoring)	5% of the total abatement cost (a minimum charge of $50) plus air monitoring.
Asbestos Inspections (No charge to Facilities except for sample analysis)	5¢ per square foot of room space (a minimum charge of $25) plus sample costs.
Biohazardous Waste Disposal College of Veterinary Medicine and Lafene Health Center (no charge to other Academic Departments)	At cost
Ergonomic Review of Work Stations	$25.00 per person per work station.
Fire Equipment Inspections at Residence Halls Contract	$39,000 per year.
Fluorescent and HID Lamp Recycling	At cost. At cost plus 25% if EH&S picks up.
Fluorescent Light Ballast Recycling	At cost plus 25%.
Hazardous Material Spill Clean-up (No charge to Academic Departments for staff time)	At cost plus 25%.
Hazardous Waste Disposal (No charge to Academic Departments with the exception of special waste such gas cylinders, unknowns, and large quantities of waste)	At cost plus 25%.

Solvent Disposal From Parts Washers or Cleaners (No charge to departments that use environmentally safe solvents)	At cost plus 25%.
