Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon as possible by sending an email to email@example.com with the subject line "Enhancing Grant Writing". A full refund, minus a $15 administrative fee, will be made if notice of cancellation is received in writing by the registration office by midnight CST on April 10, 2014. After that date, due to guarantees we must give, refunds are not available. Registrants who do not cancel their registration fee are responsible for the registration fee even if they do not attend the meeting and have not paid the registration fee.
Substitutions are encouraged. A paid registration may be transferred to another representative from the same company or institution. Notify a conference registration representative in advance at 785-532-5569.
The Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
Registration for this event gives consent for photographs, publicity, and inclusion on the participant list unless the Division of Continuing Education is notified in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the start date.
A conference or noncredit program participant who needs accommodations due to a disability or special dietary requirements should indicate services needed at the time of registration.
