Community of Science (COS) is a commercial database available to KSU faculty, staff and students. It contains over 12,000 records, including federal, corporate, foundation, and other opportunities for funding research projects, equipment purchases, travel, and service projects. Grants are available for all disciplines.
SPIN is a commercial database of funding opportunities, including federal, corporate, foundation, and other opportunities. Grant opportunities are available for all disciplines and for scholars at all levels. SPIN is available in the Office of PreAward Services. Kansas EPSCoR Initiatives Kansas has been designated as an EPSCoR state by several Federal Agencies, making us eligible for special grants opportunities. The EPSCoR initiatives for each participating Federal Agency are coordinated by state directors.
Grants and Funding Subject Guide is one of the Subject Guides compiled by Hale librarians. It includes a sampling of resources available in Hale Library as well as links to other useful resources and sites available via the Web.
GrantsNet is a website maintained by Howard Hughes Medical Institute and the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). It consists primarily of funding opportunities for training in the Biological and Medical Sciences.
StudentJobs.gov is a new(2003) website created by the United States Office of Personnel Management. While it is designed to be one-stop shopping for information on getting a job with the Federal Government, there are also links to Federal Agency scholarships, fellowships, and grants.
State of Kansas Agencies is a compilation of links to agencies of the Kansas, many of which offer funding opportunities.
The Foundation Center maintains links to numerous foundation websites as well as other useful information about foundations. Foundations are grouped by type--private, corporate, and community.
