About the IBC
Kansas State University (KSU) is committed to providing a comprehensive and compliant Biosafety program for researchers, students, and potential human subjects. The Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) is mandated by federal laws and regulations, and is responsible for oversight of all activities involving research with microbiological agents, recombinant DNA, or toxins of biological origin.
The University Research Compliance Office maintains this site to enhance access to information pertinent to the Kansas State University research involving Recombinant DNA,infectious agents, or toxins of biological origin programs, and is continually under development and revision. We try to keep the information timely and accurate and will make every effort to correct errors brought to our attention.
